Organization Structure
Donnell Knighten, Sr. is the President and Founder. He is a doctoral candidate in Leadership Studies with emphasis on Organization Development and Ethics. He holds a dual MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in Sociology from Northwestern University.
KG works with business partners to deliver programming. We continue to grow and look to double the business by 2026. We are uniquely qualified to help organizations navigate through changing socio-political environments and technological evolutions like Artificial Intelligence. |
